After graduating from Columbia, Damien moved back to Washington and pursued his career as a freelance photographer. There, he gained important professional experience by working with some of the area’s top event and commercial photographers. Damien also continued his education at the Corcoran College of Art and Design in D.C. Recently, Damien left the Columbia Heights neighborhood in the District and moved to Portland.
When not photographing or operating the food cart with his fiance Becky, Damien enjoys biking, exploring Portland, and hanging out with their cats Sam and Helen.
Damien is always looking for new exhibit spaces, so please email him (damien@damiengill.com) if you are interested in showing his work.
